As Key account manager, you will join the team of Pascal A/S sales professionals, you will take an essential role in managing ODM sales to clients in pro audio, commercial install, and residential install.

Pascal is growing, which require us to expand our team of sales professionals globally. You will be an essential part in helping us accelerate and reach our ambitious plans.

The place of work can be at Pascal HQ in Herlev, Denmark or remotely from your home office either in EU or US. 

Expect approximately 90 days of travel annually


Your responsibilities will be:

To expand sales of current portfolio and build a pipeline of new Pascal products. You will join a highly capable team of cross-functional professionals.

You will engage strategically to build long term business relationships and to create value to our existing and new customers.    

You will report to the Sales Director at the Pascal HQ in Denmark. 

Together we continuously develop, extend, and improve our internal processes and systems, and your personal drive and experience is an essential factor for structuring an effective sales approach.

Furthermore, your tasks will be:

  • Build a sales pipeline of new customers and larger share of wallet at existing customers in pro audio, commercial install, and residential install segments.
  • Ensure transparency of process and dialogue through our CRM system. 
  • Drive our mission of providing solutions and competitive advantage (such as fast time to market), to our customers through close partnerships.  
  • Identify new customers on an ideal customer profile. 
  • Engage with strategic management and product development teams. 
  • Advise management in HQ of new market/business possibilities.
  • Travel to customer locations and attend relevant tradeshows. 
  • Work with our global marketing team on campaigns, events, tradeshows etc. 
  • Prepare business proposals, customer meetings and involve remaining organization when needed. 
  • Managing budgets to realize targets.
  • Ensuring together with our Operations and Finance departments that logistics and forecasting is managed.
  • Ensuring customer designs are successful with the help from Application Support. 


Personal Profile:

  • Background in commercial or technical areas, with relevant education. 
  • Extrovert with high level of drive, determination, and result orientation. 
  • Experience and good track record in sales and/or business development of audio products in the Pro Audio A/V field.
  • Good Technical understanding of amplifiers and other audio products.   
  • Ability to coordinate high level activities between customers and Pascal project teams.  
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence. 
  • Team player with interpersonal skillset and the understanding of stakeholders on various levels
  • Experience with customer management and relationship building.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience with complex sales.
