NPI Manager (ENG)

Pascal develops and produces amplifier and speaker solutions (for our Blaze brand) and have in less than 15 years become one of the world leading suppliers of high-power amplifiers solutions for the professional market, typically within leading loudspeaker manufacturers.

Pascal is growing rapidly, and therefore needs to increase the bandwidth relating to new product introductions, due to increasing in the general project pipeline and external contract manufactures with a global footprint. We are in a phase where we are expanding the portfolio to new categories. That means the NPI responsible will be part of building something from scratch.

Place of work is from the company headquarters in Herlev. We have offices around the world so you will have to work with and understand many cultures and take into consideration different situations around the world. Expect approximately 30 days of travel pr. year.

Your responsibilities will be:

As NPI Manager in Operations, you will join a highly capable cross functional team focused on bringing development projects to life, from initial idea to implementation in the factories. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders on the projects, with a strong focus on the product ramp to mass production.

Together we will continuously develop, extend and improve our internal processes based on experience and project reviews, and your personal drive and experience will become an important factor in this.

Furthermore, your tasks will be:

• Create detailed plans for New Product Introduction, milestones and build plan
• Track and communicate key milestones, conduct project reviews and follow up on project deliverables and deadlines
• Involve and work with functional specialists, utilizing their skills and expertise in realizing the project time schedule
• Work with suppliers mainly in Asia and US and follow up on deliveries and milestones
• Secure project deliveries on time
• Using your strong communication skills to facilitate sharing of knowledge and improvement to all stakeholders in Pascal

Personal Profile:

• Production Engineer or other relevant education
• Experience from electronics or strong technical mindset preferred
• Experience with outsourced manufacturing using Contract Manufacturers preferred
• Holistic and pragmatic approach to realizing projects
• Dedicated team player, outgoing and with a will to succeed and strong drive
• Strong communication skills and persistence
• Experience with manufacturing and project management
• Understanding of Chinese and Asian culture is preferred
