Bjørn brings extensive international experience in sales leadership, business development, and commercial strategy within the professional audio industry.  

Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record, developing customer-focused business models, and leading global teams to success in highly competitive markets. 

Known for his hands-on approach and genuine interest in customer collaboration, Bjørn values spending time with customers to understand their needs and create shared opportunities. 

As CCO, Bjørn will lead Pascal’s global commercial platform, focusing on expanding market reach, accelerating growth initiatives, and deepening customer relationships. With his commercial acumen and strategic mindset, Bjørn will play a pivotal role in advancing Pascal’s long-term ambitions and reinforcing our position as the power behind great sound.
